The architecture firm Kohn Persen Fox (KPF) was founded in 1976 by the architects Sheldon Fox and A. Eugene Kohn, both born in 1930, in New York City. Since the 1990s, KPF has been one of the largest and most successful American architecture firms. Like the more prominent Skidmore, Owings and Merrill office, KPF is one of the leading architectural firms in the construction of skyscrapers. The company operates globally and, in addition to the New York office, also has branches in Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Seoul and London.
