The architect D.C. van der Zwart (1882 - 1960) was the chief architect and department manager of the municipal works in The Hague. Until 1947, he was responsible for the architecture of a public reading room and a library, swimming pools, a business complex, for the dune water at Buitenom, the Dalton Lyceum (in collaboration with JJ Brandes) and the expansion of the Zuidwal Hospital including the sister house.
Der Architekt D.C. van der Zwart (1882 - 1960) war Chefarchitekt und Abteilungsleiter der Stadtwerke in Den Haag. Bis ins Jahr 1947 war er verantwortlich für die Architektur eines öffentlichen Lesesaals und einer Bibliothek, von Schwimmbändern, eines Geschäftskomplexes, für die Dünenwasserleitung am Buitenom, das Dalton Lyceum (in Zusammenarbeit mit JJ Brandes) und den Ausbaus des Zuidwal-Krankenhauses einschliesslich des Schwesterhauses.
