The building which was originally built for Otto Wagner hismelf, shows a splendid line of sight to the Landesgerichtstrasse.
The building permission was granted by the city of vienna on December 29 1887.
The particular corner position bordering three roads (Universitätsstrasse, Garnisongasse, Garelligasse) gives the building its urban Prominence.
On each floor are located two wealthy apartments with an area of around 300 square meters.
