Planning in the inner city gains constantly in complexity, since the diverse whishes of neigbours have to be considered as well.
The apartment and commecial building at Lindengasse 11-15 is the result of a competition on invitation, which was won by
Adolf Krischanitz with the desing of a convincing courtyard typology with encircling loggias. The building contains 66 apartments and
areas for other functions. The building is integrated into the heterogenous city structure.
